[LeArc] Carthage, IL Amateur Repeater

I recently received notification from the BBARC in Carthage, IL that their repeater has been placed back on the air in a new location, with partial courtesy to the Carthage FD for assisting with that project.

For those who are not familiar with this repeater, it continues to remain on 147.105+ MHz with a 103.5 PL.  It appears that the repeater has better range than it did prior to being taken down for repairs.
