The Illinois State Police issued the Amber Alert after the girl was found missing from her home in Dolton on Friday October 24.

She was abducted in Dolton Illinois around 2 p.m. Friday afternoon October 24. She is a white female 18 Mos., 2' 6", 35 lbs. with blonde hair and blue eyes.
 
Police are looking for Nancy Bebout Welsch, female, white, 39 yrs., 5' 4", 150 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.
 
She is considered suicidal and mentally unstable.
 
She may be driving a white midsize passenger car with Missouri license plates. Police believe they may be headed to St. Petersburg Florida
 
Anyone with information is asked to call the Dolton PD at 708-841-2533 or dial 911.
