[LeArc] 147.06 problem resolved

Hi Rich

Dunno if it was timed out or not. I guess I realized that I had not heard it
ID for some time and tried to bring up the machine. No luck. So I tried the
440 machine and found it to be working as well as Rushville, Burlington, and
Galesburg, so my thinking was that my radio was working correctly and for
whatever reason the .06 machine was down. Guess I could have called you at
3:00 AM to inform you and pass the time, but I value my life should I wake
your XYL and kids at that hour. I think that it was Wednesday, but for this
"3rd shifter" the days seem to run together..
