[LeArc] 147.06 problem resolved

Dave,  this was a different problem.   Just as I was leaving work, I heard the
.06 time out.    It then was that way for about an hour.

It happens!   I have had it happen in the mobile and a couple of other "well
known" members also have had it happen.   One was for the better part of an
afternoon.   (that radio surely needed new finals!)

Anyway, what did you notice happening at 3 am?   was it times out then too?  Was
this 3 am on Wednesday?
