The following is an update from SpaceX:

"SpaceX is targeting Sunday, February 9 for a Falcon 9 launch of 23 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. Liftoff is targeted for 4:03 p.m. PT, with backup opportunities available until 8:03 p.m. PT. If needed, additional launch opportunities are also available Monday, February 10 starting 3:41 p.m. PT."

Weather permitting, the first few minutes of the launch should be visible to the unaided eye from as far away as 100 statute miles. Some observers may see this event from much greater distances.
