[Launch Alert]

A Falcon 9 rocket is tentatively scheduled for launch from Vandenberg SFB, Calif. this evening (August 26) at approximately 11:27 p.m. PDT. Following liftoff, the Falcon 9 will probably head southward as it carries several Starlink satellites into orbit.

Weather permitting, this event should be visible to the unaided eye over a wide area.
