[Laser] Stepper motor control of laser communication unit

Newport Corp. also sold these a few years back (haven't had a chance to
check their website recently); would mount directly into a standard
micrometer clamp.  I think they also had a knob on the end for manual
adjusment.  The (tiny) stepper motor drove either an 80 or 100 tpi screw.
