[Laser] Thoughts on receiver design

I'll post my thoughts on TX design a bit later--I've have more
experience with the PGP front ends, but for LOS work either device will
be good--apparently weak signals will be the least of your problems!

I remember seeing the OPT301's show up a ebay from time to time, though
I have to wonder if some of these folks are hawking their two freebies
to make a quick buck :-(
