[Laser] Hole in the air for 1550nm

Best way to transmit IR is towards 1550nm by laser where air has a hole.

Lot of absorption in atmosphere is due to scattering when you come to 
visible and up to 1000nm IR. Most of the diode will not go beyond 
1100nm so one has to get special one for 1550. This range is called mid-
IR.
