I can arrange a large area PIN diode (10mmx10mm)square shape a huge one 
for laser sensing with response towards 800nm for just $50 each if 
there are about than 20 freinds interested to experiment with. I am 
getting these specially made for gamma radiation sensors with 
scintillators ($200). I can ship by FedEx to one person who can then 
distribute to others else shipping to each person the FedEx charges 
will be too much to pay. Payment need to be by T/T in advance and 
delivery in 4 weeks (newly fabricated each time).
