[KYHAM] EchoLink on 146.70 Down Until Aug. 1

Interference problems have caused us to temporarily take down EchoLink
on the 146.70 repeater (KY4KY). The EchoLink system is maintained by
Don K9SOA. He explains the problem via email:

EchoLink is down because of Indy stations getting into our system as well as
the Indy repeater coming in itself many times.   When that happens and there
is an active EchoLink conversation, the outbound connection to the other ham
on the internet stays locked and they have no way to respond back.

Until the PL is active for both Encode and Decode, that will happen so I
have no option but to leave it down until August 1.
