[KYHAM] Field Day Messages for the SM or SEC

I discussed yesterday with Section Manager, NB4K how we wanted to go
about taking those bonus point radiograms this year from Field Day
sites.  Since KTN no lomnger functions, it was somewhat up for grabs.  

Of course the CW nets can still pass them, 

Daily 8:00 PM 3.599 MHz  Kentucky CW Net 
Daily 10:00 PM 3.721 MHz  Kentucky Slow Speed CW net (5wpm maximum) 

But some like to use the voice approach.  For the later, messages will
be accepted on Sunday, June 26 at 8:30 AM EDT/7:30 AM CDT on the Good
Morning Kentucky Phone Net on 3.960 MHz.
