[KYHAM] Possible Severe Weather This Week

While there is nothing on the board as yet, we are preparing to 
enter an unstable period for the next many days.  I suggest EC's 
and DEC's follow the weather closely and keep your locals advised 
should severe potentials arise.  Likewise local ARES members 
should be checking their gear if they have not already done so 
recently to make sure all is in a state of readiness.  Also 
review spotter protocols and criteria of info to be reported.
