[KYHAM] Name Please?

Ron, AG4TY, our ASEC, brought up an item on last night's KEN 
concerning the Ky EMCOMM Training that he oversees on the 
kyham.net web site.  On four seperate occasions over the last few 
weeks, someone has taken the exams, yet failed to fill in their 
name, call, return e-mail address etc in the spaces provided so 
that the test taker can be identified.   When this happens, he 
has no way to back track who took or passed an exam.

Please be sure to include your contact info on these forms and 
all other forms on the web site when you submit.  We do not sell 
these, we do not release these to spammers etc.  This is used to 
allow us to contact you for acknowledgemenmt and to clarify 
anything we might need further about.
