[Kenwood] Power out adjust for TS870S FM 100 watts to 140 watts.

If you don't mind my asking, why, on earth, would anyone want to jack up the 
output from 100 watts to 140 watts? 

The difference in signal strength at the receiving end would not even be 
noticable.

All that would happen by doing this mod is endangering the finals.

Why would you even consider doing it.
