[Kenwood] TS930 RF mod watts out variable 1 to 100 ?

Does anyone know if there is a mod to change the output power to a range from 1 to 100 watts.  There was a mod for my TS440 and I did that and the TS940 had that capability built into the rig.  With the TS930 using SSB, it only puts out full power at 100 watts.  Would like the rig in SSB mode to go as low as 5 watts.
