[Kenwood] TS-850 Audible Whine

The radio will outlast the fan.  I recently had to replace one of the
fans in my TS-950.  It runs off 15 volts but it is a 12 volt fan.  I
replaced it with an 80mm 12vdc cooler master fan and now no more
noise.
