[Kenwood] TS-850 Audible Whine

Clif,

I was going by the markings on the fans.

Mine were by Matshusta.  They were marked @ 1.2A 12VDC.

So using a ball bearing CPU fan, I got them drawing something like 0.6A 
@ 12VDC.

I figure I'll die before they'll need replacing again.
