[Kenwood] TS-940S Transverter port power output

I recently got an IC-471A to use so I'm taking the MMT 432/28 out of service and thought I'd put a 220 transverter in it's place, but just can't figure out where I got the output numbers originally that made me comfortable about the output from the 940 into the MMT. I wanted to know those numbers before I started work on a transverter. I'm thinking of getting one of the DownEast verters for 220. I do remember having to adjust the input pot on the MMT down from full 500mw input, so it's less than 500mw from the 940. But whether the 940 spec is 5mw, 500mw or somewhere in between escapes me.
