[Kenwood] TS-940S Transverter port power output

Hi Paul,

I looked and looked through all my Kenwood manuals, reviews, and
literature, and web searches but did not find it listed either.

I used to use my 940 to drive Microwave Modules transverters as well. My
recollection is that the max drive level was +6 dbm. It was quite a bit
better than the -20 dbm level spec'd for the ICOM transceivers.

I can possibly find my old transverter cord and measure the level if it you
would like an actual measurement.

I'd bet Cliff of AVVID would know for sure!

Subject: [Kenwood] TS-940S Transverter port power output

Does anyone know where the transverter port RF output power level is
specified for the TS-940S?

Many years ago I attached a 432mc Microwave Modules transverter to my
TS-940S. At the time I had found, somewhere, the power output specifications
for the transverter port on the TS-940S, yet now I can't seem to find those
specifications in my TS-940S manual, and it's been so long I don't remember
where I actually obtained that information. Does anyone know where the
specification for the transverter accessory port is listed? The diagram and
pin usage of the transverter port is in the manual, but not the actual value
of the transverter pin power that is applied to the transverter.
