[Kenwood] FM power

It may be designed to transmit with only 10 w. on FM.  Most SSB/CW rigs that
include FM can't handle the FM duty cycle unless the power is turned down.
If you operate it on FM at 30 or 40 watts or more, you risk damaging the PA
transistors.
