[Kenwood] TS-570 and HRD MCW

Hi all. I've been confused most of my life it seems but never more 
than lately trying to get my HRD program to work in the MCW mode.

The HRD MCW mode sends fine under USB and I can hear CW in the CW 
mode but when I send using the USB mode that is necessary for MCW to 
work, I no longer hear the CW coming in and have to change back to CW 
mode to hear the code.

I've tried to adjust the frequency so that I can hear the CW signal 
under USB but it's a real pain fooling around with it each time. Can 
someone tell me what I might have set up wrong on my TS-570 (I am 
assuming it's a filter or something else like that)? I've contacted 
the helpers at HRD but it's obvious from their replies that I've worn 
out their good nature and they're sick of helping me. Any information 
you could send me would be greatly appreciated.
