[Kenwood] For Sale: complete TS-940SAT station

Hi Everyone -

 

I have for sale a classic and beautiful Kenwood TS-940SAT station consisting
of the following: Kenwood TS-940SAT transceiver (6 million serial number)
with automatic antenna tuner and built-in power supply, SP-940 matching
speaker, SW-2000 SWR/power meter, MC-60 desk microphone, original owner's
manual, electronic copy of the service manual, and electronic copy of the
SW-2000 manual.

 

This station comes from a non-smoking environment. The transceiver was
calibrated, checked and aligned to specification by Kenwood in 2001.
Everything is in great to excellent physical condition. The only quirks to
note is that the tiny LCD display sometimes blanks, but tapping it solves
the problem -- most likely a dirty connection to the display. The monitor
function (which allows an operator to listen to his own voice through
headphones while transmitting) does not function. Everything else works
fine.
