Can the Kenwood TM251A receive on 70cm while transmitting on 2m?  The QST review makes it sound like it can, but a friend of mine who has a lot of Kenwood rigs says it can't.  If it could, then it would be more usable on satellites, which I what I am hoping to get back into.
