Hi Gene,

     The bias control is on the back of the radio just under the antenna
connector.  It is covered with a metal cap that you can with your fingers.
Once the cap is off, you can adjust the bias.

Yes, I am confused.
Yes, I can still read, but the book is not clear about the tuning procedure.
Page 16 says to:
Set the mode switch to SSB
Meter switch to Ip
Stand-by switch to send and adjust the bias to 60 mA.
There is no bias control on the rig - at least, I can not find one!
What the heck am I missing????
