[Kenwood] TS-530SP question

Is there anyone out there that has used the above rig and could help me with 
the tune-up procedure?
Yes, I am old.
Yes, I am confused.
Yes, I can still read, but the book is not clear about the tuning procedure.
Page 16 says to:
Set the mode switch to SSB
Meter switch to Ip
Stand-by switch to send and adjust the bias to 60 mA.
There is no bias control on the rig - at least, I can not find one!
What the heck am I missing????
