[Kenwood] Several Questions Kenwood Accessories

Hello All:
           It has been 15 years since I have owned a Kenwood HF rig, now have a TS-570D(G) and have questions about which Kenwood speaker to get. Read mixed reviews on the SP-23.
Question on the microphone-use the stock one or get an MC-60 or other model?  
Question on which filter to use, Kenwood or Inrad?  
Anyone have experience with the AGC off mod on the TS-570?  
Final questions on Kenwood SW-2000 or SW-2100 SWR/Wattmeter, which to get and are these good meters?  Difference between them?
Can both be fitted with couplers for HF, VHF/UHF?  Are the couplers hard to find?
