[Kenwood] NEED INFO

Good day! 
I have a kenwood TK-860 and guess front panel programming is disable thru PC programming.
Is anyone out there help me how can I program my radio using PC? My TK-860 is a kind of old version and is different from TK-860G or TK-860HG version because it has different front panel case.
