[Kenwood] TS940S battery replacement info needed

I just got a nice TS940SAT that needs the battery that
holds up the memory replaced.  I don't have a clue
where this battery is located in the rig.  Any advice
would be greatly appreciated.  I can see one
soldered-in battery behind the small LCD display board
but assume this is the clock/timer battery.  If so,
where is the battery for the memory and how difficult
is it to replace?  Thanks & 73 de James W8JV
