[Kenwood] Re: TM241A Extended Receive Question

I'd like to thank the list and several "attendees" who responded to my 
previous question about losing the extended receive capability on my 
TM241A. The radio came from Kenwood programmed to receive from 118Mhz 
through 173.995Mhz, which somehow truncated to 118Mhz to 147.995Mhz.

The fix turned out to be a VFO Initialization. I was hesitant to try it 
initially, not understanding what else it would fix for me. But, it brought 
the VFO  back just like new.
