[Kenwood] Great Mic Deal

you would think so but it is not always the case. I replaced a plug on tthe mic for an Icom 706mkIIg for a friend like I had done seversal times before. I wired it us exactly like the factory plug. When we plugged it into the radio, nothing. I replaced it 3 times and still nothing. We verified the pinouts all times to the factory plug and also to the pinout diagram in the manual. This one still has me stumped.
