[Kenwood] Great Mic Deal

Make an adapter....

At the very least it shouldn't be too hard to rewire.....just 
need the pinouts of both the radio and the mic....and match
things up for the most part.

I'm fixing to make an adapter so that I can use the desk mike I 
use with my TS-700sp and TS-830s with my 8pin TS-850s/at.
