[Kenwood] Differences between TS950 ?

Sounds like a ts 950 SD.

The SD had more filters as standard, and had some receiver numbers better 
than the SDX.

The DSP is mostly used on transmit in the SD, it does have an SSB slope tune 
which is ADDED to the I.F. slope tune , but it is turned on at rig start up 
with a menu. (I cant really tell the difference when it is on).

Although I have read some complaints, the rig is "by the numbers" a very 
excellent receiver.


Kind of an updated TS940.(of which I know several guys who had major 
problems-despite the terrific popularity)
