[Kenwood] TS850S

I have a TS850S and am experiencing two problems.

1.	Sometimes when I press AT Tune the On Air and AT Tune lights stay lit
until I press AT Tune a second time.  This is a new development.  Previously
one touch of the AT Tune button resulted in a quick tuning to minimum SWR.

2.	For a while I've had an intermitten problem.  Sometimes I turn on the
radio and the audio is extremely faint - only audible with max AF gain.  The
S meter behaves normally.  I can't AT Tune when the radio is in this state.
The AT Tune keeps running and SWR never goes down.  I suspect a relay of
some kind but don't have the technical knowledge to figure out which one.
An additional note - this only applies to LSB/USB, CW/FSK modes - volume and
function is normal for FM/AM modes.

Any suggestions.
