[Kenwood] TS570D & 7MHZ

HI ALL. I have a TS570D and i was wondering how easy or difficult it would 
be to modify the rig so it can TX on 7.100 to 7.200mhz , re the fact that we 
would be allowed to from NOV 1st 2004,

I have see the MARS mod re to remove that resister , but is that the only 
way , or is there a software mod just for the 40m.
