[Kenwood] TS-850S problem with ALC

	Just a few days ago started having a problem with the ALC during
SSB transmissions.  With very first audio at the start of a transmission the
ALC goes fully on, reducing output to almost nothing.  After a couple of
seconds, everything comes back to normal,  with no or very little ALC
action required during transmission. Can someone offer help or advice
in finding the cause of this, and suggest corrective action.  Thanks,
