[Kenwood] BPL - Email the White House

It can always be stopped.  I understand BPL doesn't work very well.

I tuned around shortwave early this morning from California, and the
shortwave bands were just jammed with signals.  Foreign Broacast and digital
signals of all sorts.  Was listenening on an old Hallicrafters S-38 with a
wire hooked to the wall heater.  It isn't too sensitive, but didn't need to
be.

Hard to believe they will all just turn off.
