Perhaps you can a remember the governments plan to put an ELF antenna in the
Upper Peninsula of Michigan.  Once the environmentalists got hold of the
project it was nullified!

Now, it may be time for some ESP " Extremely Smart People", to fight BPL "
Broadband over the Power Lines".

If it it is like you say that it is already a done deal, then perhaps these
Extremely Smart People had better get to work on a BPL filter, of course for
the good of the service, without monetary gain!  Again, we can call it the
Manhattan Project.
