 From Animal House.......  I don't feel it's over, or that we should 
give up because we're "wasting our time" (IMHO)  However,  much still 
needs to be done!  Hope all have atleast filed comments on the proposal 
and taken a couple minutes to write their congressman and senators 
stating your view.
