[Kenwood] TS-2000 S-meter (Steve, KC8QVO)

Thanks for who all gave me some advice on the s-meter problem. I took the 
radio in to the store and the service guy and I sat down with it and played 
around with the rig so the service guy could see exactly what was wrong. He asked 
where the "AGC" button was. So I showed him and he pushed it and turned it back 
on. Problem solved! Now I feel stupid, but all hams make mistakes once in a 
while hihi. Must have played with the AGC a while back and didnt fully know 
what it did.
