[Kenwood] TS-940 Info

Supposedly there was a "TS-940 Technical Information" 
booklet offered by Kenwood back when the radio was new. 
Shown as a 47 page booklet...  Anybody seen one?  Or maybe 
have one?

Also, there was an "improved" AVR board offered for a while. 
  Does anyone have any documentation on just what 
"improvements" were made>

Piexx said a year ago that they were going to have a 
replacement AVR board "soon", but so far nothing.

Anyone have any information on any of the above??
