I agree...Many years ago I sold a R4B and T4X to a non-ham for a price I could not refuse.
He was a CB'er with a home brew tower and a set of beams you would kill for.  Within
2 months he had his General licence and a year later an Extra class.  All because he
started listening to 10 and 20 meters and caught the DX bug.
