[Kenwood] Possession of Amateur TX Equipment

I find it hard to believe that I broke federal laws by buying my Icom 735
a month before I took the test for my upgrade last fall.  Turning it on
and listening should not be a crime as well as owning it.  I can see,
however, that using the transmitter could get me in trouble.  I had a
friend come over (EXTRA) to adjust the antenna tuner for best reception on
each band, all I had to do was set the dials to the settings on my list to
tune for whatever band I was listening on.
