[Kenwood] kenwood ts-870

Gents,

I have not had time yet this morning to review it, but I could have sworn
that the 870 manual says that it's noise blanker is designed to work on
pulse type noise and not on continuous power line. Mine, anyway, does not
seem to work at all on "frying" type noise. Not nonsense, just my take on
it.
