[Kenwood] neutralizing question, TS-830S

Hi Jerry,

Thank you "muchly" for reminding me the reasoning for neutralizing at 
the highest fqy..  It only makes sense now that you've explained it. 
          I'm sure others on the reflector were grateful for your 
explanation.  Also, thanks to all who wrote and told me to clean my 
bandswitch... hi
I'll be doing that tonight.
