[Kenwood] Help Removing WAX from PLL board of TS-940

I had a KDK2015R with the lossy wax problem. It used a synthetic
Japanese version of bee's wax that was hygroscopic, somewhat similar to
the Kenwood wax. I fixed the KDK2015R by heating all the wax with a heat
gun which dried it out. It didn't run out and clean up like I wished,
but the radio resumed working (jFET VCO like the Kenwood VCOs). I've not
tried it on a Kenwood yet, though I have suggested on occasion.
