[Kenwood] tuning rate

I have obtained a ts-440s to check out.  Seems to work fine.  No manual yet, but one apparently in storage.  In the meantime, can someone provide me with the procedure for adding the last digit to the tuning?  It reads, for example, 14.050.0 but think there should be an additional digit available after the last zero.  Tried the procedure used on the ts680s but not applicable to the 440S.  Thanks in advance!
