[Kenwood] TS 930sat - Serial Number ranges

Avoid serial numbers before 51XXXXX. They were notorious for unreliable PA 
decks. Kenwood had a service bulletin that actually said to remove all the 
solder ( solder sucker) and resolder every connection in the PA deck. I 
remember having a  heated letter writing campaign with them at the time 
trying to get them to replace my PA deck with a later one.
