[Kenwood] Assistance in Erie PA Area

I write a monthly QRP column for ARRL website and recently was contacted
by one of my readers---

I have received a request for help from a ham couple in Erie, PA area.
Cynthia said she and her husband have acquired a TS-120 with no
operating manual and could use some assistance in learning to use it.
She said they currently have very limited resources so I hesitated to
suggest she purchase a manual from the usual sources of older manuals.
They also could use some assistant in dipole antenna planning and
construction. Her goal is to get everything up and running in time for
Field Day. If you have experience with TS-120 or have a spare manual or
copy of manual please e-mail me and I will pass on your contact
information to them.
