[Kenwood] Kenwood MAT-100

I have found a Kenwood MAT-100 antenna tuner for sale.  There is no documentation with it nor is there a control head.  I called Kenwood and they have no information.  I don't know if it requires a control head.  Please email me directly if you have used one, maybe even have the manuals.
There must be 25 DIP switches inside.

Some of my questions are:
Does it require a control head?
Can it be wired to operate fully automatic without a control head?
Does it need a specific radio model to work?
